The M-Xd1 SPEEDIO series allows complex machining without a secondary process position. The M series demonstrates high productivity for complex machining by turning and milling and multi-face machining. The new simultaneous 5-axis function (5AX) and the new CNC-D00 control enables machining of complex shapes.
Increased Z-axis travel and jig area of the M-Xd1 series expands target workpieces in conjunction with its 28-tool magazine.
The M300Xd1 is suitable for the machining of relatively large parts while the M200Xd1 focus small parts machining. For the M300Xd1, in particular, the jig turning diameter has been expanded to ø450 mm, the Z-axis travel has been increased to 380 mm.
